2. Services
HireSkipBins.com is a skip bin hire marketplace that connects customers with skip bin suppliers and finds the lowest price from our network. We facilitate bookings but the skip bin hire service is provided by independent suppliers.
3. Booking and Payment
- All prices displayed include GST unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for overweight bins, prohibited items, or extended hire periods
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- After delivery: No refund available

5. Skip Bin Usage
When using a skip bin, you agree to:
- Not overfill the bin above the rim level
- Only dispose of waste types specified in your booking
- Not place prohibited items in the bin (hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, batteries, tyres, food waste, liquids)
- Ensure safe and legal placement of the bin
- Obtain necessary council permits if placing on public property
6. Weight Limits
Skip bins have weight limits based on waste type:
- Light/General Waste: 150kg per cubic metre
- Heavy Waste (soil, concrete, bricks): No weight limit, but may be restricted to smaller bin sizes
Overweight bins may incur additional charges.
7. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery and collection times are estimates only
- You must ensure clear access for delivery and collection
- Failed delivery due to access issues may incur additional charges
- Standard hire period is 7 days unless otherwise specified
8. Liability
HireSkipBins.com acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We are not liable for:
- Damage to property during delivery or collection
- Service quality issues with suppliers
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Environmental contamination from disposed waste
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HireSkipBins.com and is protected by Australian copyright law.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
